Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a custom-made suit?

Custom suits can be returned if there's a manufacturing defect or if the suit doesn't match your specifications. However, returns due to personal preference may not be accepted for heavily customized items.

What if my suit was altered?

Suits with our complimentary alterations (sleeve length, hem, waist up to 2") can still be returned. However, extensive third-party alterations may affect return eligibility.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 1-2 business days and process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors (if available). The exchange process is similar to returns, and we'll send you the new item once we receive the original.

What about international returns?

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Can I return sale items?

Sale items can be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchange. Final sale items are not eligible for return unless there's a manufacturing defect.
